Mortgage-Related Data

When you share financial details for planning or an application (for example, income, assets, or credit-related information), we treat this as sensitive nonpublic personal information under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). It is used only to provide the mortgage guidance and services you request, and is shared only with parties necessary to serve you, such as lenders, title companies, and other professionals involved in your transaction.

AI Chat Data

If you use Blueprint AI, your messages are processed to generate educational responses and are saved privately to your account so you can revisit the conversation. Blueprint AI provides general education only. It is not a loan approval, credit decision, legal or financial advice, or a rate quote, and its output is reviewed by a licensed professional before any mortgage decision. Please avoid entering highly sensitive information unless it is clearly required.

Data Retention

Blueprint retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, satisfy legal and regulatory obligations, preserve required business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security and integrity of its systems. Applicable retention periods are maintained in a governed retention schedule and are subject to legal holds and other lawful preservation requirements. Revoking a permission stops future access under the revoked permission within Blueprint-controlled systems. Records that Blueprint is legally required to retain remain protected and unavailable for any unauthorized use, and are held only under the governed retention schedule. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and secure, dedicated systems for sensitive application data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
