Why I built Blueprint
After more than 20 years in financial services, including banking and mortgage lending, I saw how often people were asked to make major financial decisions before they fully understood their options.
I built Blueprint Home Loans to offer a different kind of experience: education before pressure, a plan before an application, and guidance built around the person, not just the transaction.
A mortgage is only one part of your financial life. My role is to help you understand the choices, compare the trade-offs, and build a strategy that supports where you want to go.

I would rather earn your trust for the long term than complete a single transaction. I'm here for the next question, the next home, and the decisions that come after closing.

More than 20 years in financial services, across banking, mortgage lending, leadership, coaching, and financial education, including selected experience with Bank of America and TD Bank.
Experience inside banking and mortgage lending taught me how lenders evaluate decisions, how to anticipate potential obstacles, and how to advocate for clients with clarity and preparation.

A little more about me
I'm based in the Riverview area, where I'm building both my business and my life. I'm a husband and an adoptive father, and my family has also opened our home through foster care. I've completed five triathlons, an experience that taught me a great deal about patience, preparation, and continuing forward one step at a time.
Those experiences shape how I work. I know that major life decisions are rarely just financial. They involve families, hopes, uncertainty, and plans for what comes next.
